SEAFIELD: Common Sandpiper; NIGHT HERON seen up to dusk (DW).

BUNMAHON to STRADBALLY: Snipe singing on top of a telephone pole on the road between Strafbally and Bunmahon (JAP, BS).

BLACKWATER VALLEY: MARSH HARRIER at Newport (John Lyden per HH/MC), almost certainly yesterday's bird from Clashmore Broads.

DUNGARVAN: 2 1st-summer Mediterranean Gulls at Killongford (MC).
