BROWNSTOWN HEAD: Grasshopper Warbler, 23+ Tree Sparrows (incl flock 20+ at entrance to east lane to valley), 1000+ Swallows feeding or passing through, 3 Spotted Flycatchers, 8 Wheatears, 3 Blackcaps (2 male 1 female), 4 Willow Warblers, 18 Chiffchaffs, 4 Goldcrests, 55 Meadow Pipits, 12 Choughs, 5 Long-tailed Tits & 2 Migrant Hawker dragonflies, 12:00-17:10 (PMW).

WATERFORD CITY: Redshank on mudflats beside Tower Hotel.
