WATERFORD CITY: 50+ Goldfinches in garden near Ballybricken ,also 2 Bullfinches, Lesser Redpoll but no Blackcap yet (DS).

Nr BUNMAHON: Kingfisher, c100 Snipe & male Blackcap at Seafield (DW).

Nr DUNGARVAN: Barn Owl see at 17:40 (EB).

CLONEA STRAND: 3 Purple Sandpipers, Snipe & 8 Choughs at Ballinclamper (DC).

HELVICK HEAD: Great Black-backed Gull with colour-ring '1CA' (").

Off BUNMAHON: 4 Fin Whales & a smaller whale, possibly Minke (DC).
