DUNGARVAN: SURF SCOTER & Black Guillemot off Ballynacourty pier, but distant (MC); Green Sandpiper at Killongford pool (MC sr).

HELVICK HEAD: 2 Swallows (MC sr).

TRAMORE BACKSTRAND: GLOSSY IBIS (flying N over Kilmacleague / Clohernagh fields, then headed NW, c09:15) (DMcG); also Short-eared Owl, north saltmarsh, Long-tailed Duck west of spits, 5 Whooper Swans at Riverstown, Scaup at Lisselan, & 828 Brent Geese (DMcG, AJ, PMW).

TRAMORE BOATING LAKE: 22 Gadwall, 8 Shoveler (2 male) & 8 Coot (JDP).
